From TV anime "Dandadan," the character Seiko appears in the action figure brand S.H.Figuarts by Tamashii Nations. "S.H.Figuarts Seiko" is now available for pre-order at toy stores, consumer electronics retailers, online stores, and other locations throughout Japan.
"Dandadan" is an occultic battle and youth story based on a manga by Tatsu Yukinobu, serialized in Shueisha's manga magazine app Shonen Jump+.
It follows the story of Momo, a high school girl from a family of spiritualists, and her classmate Okarun, an occult maniac. They encounter overwhelming mysteries beyond comprehension that give them hidden powers and cursed abilities to take on eerie threats while getting caught up in a fateful romance.
The first season of the TV anime ended on December 19, 2024. Immediately after, it was announced that the second season would begin airing in July 2025.
From this anime, Momo's grandmother, the spirit medium Seiko, has been made into an S.H.Figuarts action figure. This figure comes with rich facial expression parts and a bat, allowing various poses.
With four interchangeable wrist parts for both left and right hands, you can faithfully recreate Seiko's provocative pose from the show. Holding the bat with "ネッシーの力" (Power of the Lock Ness Monster) written on it and carrying it on her shoulder, as well as her sharp expression, perfectly captures Seiko's self-proclaimed ageless beauty.
In addition to dynamic action poses, you can also express Seiko's extraordinary presence with the laughing face parts. Three face parts are included: sharp face, angry face, and funny face.
The price of "S.H.Figuarts Seiko" is 9,900 JPY (including tax). It is scheduled for release in July, and pre-orders are now being accepted at toy stores, consumer electronics retailers, online stores, and other locations nationwide.
