秋アニメ『最果てのパラディン』より、2021年10月23日（土）から放送の第3話「約束の日」のあらすじ・先行場面カットが公開された。



『最果てのパラディン』の原作は、著・柳野かなた、イラスト・輪くすさがが、WEB小説投稿サイト「小説家になろう」にて連載がスタートした同名ノベルだ。

かつて滅びた死者の街で、三人の不死者（アンデッド）に愛を注がれ育てられた少年・ウィルが、不死者たちの抱える謎、善なる神々の愛と慈悲、悪なる神々の偏執と狂気を知り、聖騎士（パラディン）への道を歩みだす姿を描いている。



第3話のタイトルは「約束の日」

15歳になる成人の儀としてブラッドと真剣勝負をすることになったウィル。しかし、一方でその勝負に故意に負けてくれと頼むガス。



廃墟都市でのガスの殺意の真意を確かめることができないまま、ウィルはブラッドとの試験へと向かうのだった。



『最果てのパラディン』第3話「約束の日」は、10月23日よりTOKYO MXほかにて放送開始。

Autumn anime “The Faraway Paladin” released the preview and synopsis of the 3rd episode “Payday” broadcast on October 23, 2021.

“The Faraway Paladin” is written by Kanata Yanagino and illustrated by Kususaga Rin, and was originally serialized at the web light novel site “Shousetsuka ni Narou”.
Raised by three Undead In the ruins of the city of the dead, the young Will sets out to become a Paladin as he unravels the secret of the Undead, the love and compassion of the virtuous gods, and the prejudice and insanity of the wicked gods.

The title of the 3rd episode is “Payday”.
Upon reaching the age of 15, as a coming of age ritual Will duels Blood in a sword fight. However Gus secretly asks him to lose the battle without Blood noticing.
Without knowing Gus’ true intention behind his request, Will leaves the city ruins and heads to the fight.
