Outline/Synopsis
The Dark Bring, stones of darkness which control the evils of the world, have been resurrected, and Haru, a boy, is chosen to be the one to fight against them using the holy stone of light, the Rave. He becomes a Rave Master and sets out on a journey to collect the different Rave pieces scattered all over the world in order to destroy the Dark Bring. While traveling with Plue, a Rave bearer, he befriends Elie, a girl with amnesia, and Musica, a silversmith.
Despite being separated from his father, Gale Glory, and the first Rave Master, Shiba, Haru discovers that the key to saving the world lies in the memories of the stars. He heads off to the memory of the stars, where his final battle awaits, and is the key to ending everything.
Characters
Haru Glory
Born on Garage Island. He is the second Rave Master. He inherited the holy stone Rave and the famous sword, Ten Commandments, from the first Rave Master Shiba Roses, who washed up on the island. Before he left for his journey, he lived with his sister Cattleya on the island. His mother, Sakura, fell ill and passed away when he was very young and his father, Gale Glory, left for an unknown reason and is currently missing. Haru is a boy with a strong sense of justice and a compassionate heart. He meets, Elie in Hip Hop Town and grows fond of her as he travels around the world with her. He believes in trusting people and has made many friends, including Hamrio Musica.
Elie
Elie has lost her memory for an unknown period of time and is traveling around the world to regain her missing memories. She met Haru in Hip Hop Town and travel together. Her personality is very innocent, is a slight airhead and also loves to gamble. At times, she will bet all of her money. Although she has amnesia, she does remember certain knowledge and has regained some memories. She also shows a talent for deciphering ancient languages and magical powers. Elie has a deep connection with Resha Valentine, the creator of the Rave 50 years ago.
Shiba Roses
Born on Garage Island, Shiba Roses became a mercenary 51 years ago to replace his friend Botohn, who volunteered to join the Symphonia Royal Guard. Shiba later became the first Rave Master after meeting Resha Valentine, a girl with magical spiritual powers. Initially showed to have a natural talent for swords, but after Resha's death, his desire to fight for others grew stronger, and his power increased to the point where he was later called a "Sword Saint.” As a Rave Master, he led the war to an end, but he was unable to destroy, Sinclair, the last Dark Bring and the Mother of Dark Brings. This causes him to go into overdrive. He then sets out on a journey to find the scattered pieces of Rave and Plue.
Hamrio Musica
A native of Punk Street. He is a silversmith (Silver Claimer) who can manipulate silver at will. Born into the family of the legendary blacksmith Galein Musica. He was mortally wounded when his family was attacked by the Demon Card, Lance. He was then picked up by a Rize, a silversmith and spent his childhood in Bruce City learning the art of silversmithing. After Rize's death, he becomes the leader of the Silver Rhythm band of thieves and searches for the battleship Silver Ray, which was built with silver art. He meets Haru and Ellie on Punk Street, and later works with them as friends, partly because they saved his grandfather.
Galein Musica
A native of Punk Street. He is the best blacksmith on the continent and created the first Rave Master's sword, Ten Commandments. He is a heavy drinker and has a bad drinking habit. After his family was killed by a sword he made for Lance, a Demon Card, he retires from blacksmithing. However, he weilds his hammer again to repair Ten Commandments that Haru brings to him. Grandfather of Hamrio Musica.
Sieghart Caesar
Born in Mildian, the town that guards time. He is known as both the "Great Magician" and the "Element Master". Fearing the awakening of great magical and spiritual power that could cause time to run astray, he plots to kill Elie, who posses such power. He also looks to King, the head of the Demon Card, as someone that can similarly cause time to go haywire. After joining the Demon Card, he looks for an opportunity to defeat him. However, in the course of fighting Haru, he begins to doubt his own ideas, and later becomes a supporter of Haru and his friends. From the same country as Haja, one of the Six Prayer Generals under King's direct command.
Gale Glory
The father of Haru and Cattleya and the rightful heir to the throne of the Kingdom of Symphonia. As a young man, he founded the Demon Cards with Gale Raregroove. When he met and married his wife Sakura, he left the Daemon Card and moved to Garage Island. However, when he hears about the rampage of the Demon Card, he leaves the island alone to stop Gale Raregroove. Instead Gale Raregrove kills Sakura, who had secretly followed Gale as he left the island. He also has the Dark Bring End of Earth implanted in his body and sets off on a journey around the world to avoid causing any damage. Once again, he challenges Gale Raregroove to stop him, and in the process, reunites with Haru. He later dies protecting Haru.
Gale Raregroove.
The first Supreme Commander of the Demon Cards. He is the rightful heir to the throne of the Kingdom of Raregroove, which was at odds with the Kingdom of Symphonia. Also possesses five top-grade Dark Brings and a reverse Dark Bring that turns him into a monster. He was a friend of Gale Glory, Haru’s father, and together established Demon Card. However, he gradually becames involved in evil and looses his wife when Gale Glory reports him to the police and he is rounded up. Due to this event, he comes to hate Gale Glory and develops the Demon Card into a huge dark force. After losing a battle with Rave Master Haru, he ends his life by committing suicide.
Lucia Raregroove
Lucia is the son of Gale Raregroove, the Dark Bring Master, who is the counterpart of the Rave Master. After Gale Raregroove's death, he takes over the position of Supreme Commander of the Demon Cards. His mother was killed in an imperial raid when he was a child, and he was imprisoned in a desert prison, the Mega Unit. However, Sinclair, the mother of the prisoners, the messenger of darkness, gives him power and knowledge, which he uses to escape from the prison. Due to Sinclair bringing out the darkness in his mind, Lucia has become a person of pure evil. He is a large obstacle that stands in front of Haru, the Rave Master, and plans to annihilate the parallel world and return to the current world.
Shuda
A member of the Demon Card, he later rose to the rank of Six Prayer General. Formerly a bounty hunter, he joined the Demon Card after meeting Haru's father, Gale Glory. He fought Haru on Garage Island when he was ordered to eliminate the first Rave Master Shiva. After a second battle with Haru, he was mortally wounded but survived and later reunites with Gale Glory. At that time, he begs him to protect Haru, and he began to work with him and his friends. When he was a member of Demon Card, he used Dark Bring Full Metal, which turns him into steel, and Valzer Flame and Ballettänzer Zeffrea, which manipulate flames. After joining Haru's group, he fought with swords such as Entenka and Heavenly Blossom.
Javah Let Dahaka
He is from the village of Blair in the Demon World. A member of the Demon Card, he is a descendant of the Dragon King. His village was destroyed when Jegan, one of the Six Prayer Generals and a fellow dragon, went out of control. He was seriously injured by Jegan's attack, and his love interest Julia was killed in the process. After joining the Demon Cards, he fights against Haru and his friends as a guardian deity of the royal palace. However, during the battle, he and Haru develop a friendship, and later join hands as friends. In battle, he uses the traditional martial arts handed down through the Dragon Race, Dragon Race techniques, and can also breath fire. Although he is a member of the Demon Card, he does not like to borrow the power of the Dark Bring.
Plue
A dog that appears in "RAVE". He is a legendary dog who once saved the world together with Ravethe Master. However, his true nature is shrouded in mystery, as he is both a dog, a cat, and is also referred to as an alien. He is the only being other than Rave that can destroy the Dark Bring. 50 years ago he disappeared while protecting Shiba from great destruction, but was caught 50 years later by Haru, who was fishing on Garage Island. He gets along well with the non-human creatures he shares his journey with, the Griffon Kato and the subhuman Ruby, and can even hold a conversation with them. He loves candy.
Ruby
Owner of the Air Casino Edel Lake and one of the richest people in the world. His hobby is collecting antiques and unusual items. Initially he was taken advantage of by one of the dark forces, Doryu, but Haru and his friends make him aware of it and since then, they have been working together. He was told by Dalmatian, one of the Four Warriors of Souten, that he has a talent for magic, and was given the magic sword “the Holy Bell.”

Ten Commandments
A sword that appears in "Rave Master.” A legendary sword used by Shiba Roses during the Kingdom War. It was created by Galein Musica, and by embedding the Rave, it changes into ten forms (Eisenmeteor, Explosion, Silfarion, Rune Save, Blue Crimson, Mel Force, Gravity Core, Million Suns, Sacrifar, and Star Saver). Shiba entrusts it to Haru, but he was unable to use the Star Raver. Because of this, Musica decides to create Haru's own sword, Ravelt.
Rave
A holy stone appearing in "Rave Master". It was created by Resha Valentine with the power of a magical spirit to counter the magical stone Dark Bring. The name "Rave" is taken from the name of Resha (the first and last letters of Resha Valentine). The five Raves were scattered around the world after the Kingdom War and were guarded by the Knights of the Blue Sky, who served Resha together with Shiba Roses.
